SURFSTORE AFRICA Kiteschool Kitesurfing lessons take place in Muizenberg, on the Capricorn Beach, which is situated about 1km East of the popular Kitesurfing spot of Sunrise Beach. Capricorn Beach is the ideal safest place in Cape-Town to take kitesurfing lessons for the following reasons:
- The beach is wide and empty of hazardous obstacles
- The wind is usually very steady with no gusts
- There is very few to no people on the beach
- There is no other kitesurfers in the water
- The Capricorn Beach parking is ultra-safe for you and your car, as being situated slightly out of Muizenberg city-centre, and being surrounded by numerous shops and houses
Kitesurfing learners meet with our instructors at our Muizeneberg Kiteshop at least 15 min before the time the kitesurfing lesson starts.
